How to make a TIRAMISU TRIFFLE

ay,we're back and we gonna make a melted TIRAMISU TRIFFLE hope you guys like it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coffee powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons gelatine powder
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 250g tub mascarpone 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar,extra
  • 250g packet sponge finger biscuits
  • grated dark chocolate,to serve




Directions:
  1.  Place coffee, gelatine and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water. Whisk until dissolved. Add 3 cups cold water. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until just beginning to set (it should have a thick, syrupy consistency).
  2. Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, beat cream until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone. Beat until just combined. Transfer to a bowl. Wash and dry beaters. Beat eggs and extra caster sugar together until thick and creamy. Fold egg mixture, in 2 batches, into cream mixture
  3. Arrange half the biscuits, breaking to fit, over the base of a 12 cup-capacity serving bowl. Spoon over half the coffee jelly, then half the mascarpone mixture. Repeat with remaining biscuits, jelly and mascarpone mixture. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
    and the last,top with grated chocolate..

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 quarts popped corn

Directions: 
 
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (95 degrees C). Place popcorn in a very large bowl.
  2. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour in a thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat.
  3. Place in two large shallow baking dishes and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.

Hi guys,today we'll show you how to make a delicious RED VELVET.

Then,this is the ingredients for cake :

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 table spoons of cocoa
  • 4 table spoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted - all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Then the Icing :
  • 5 tablespoon - all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup white sugar 
  •  1 cup butter , room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 DIRECTIONS C:
  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9-inch round pans.
  2. Beat shortening and 1 1/2 cups sugar until very light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Make a paste of cocoa and red food coloring; add to creamed mixture. Mix salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and buttermilk together. Add the flour to the butter, alternating with the milk mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Mix soda and vinegar and gently fold into cake batter. Don't beat or stir the batter after this point.
  4.  Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake in preheated oven until a tester inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool cakes completely on wire rack.
  5.  To Make Icing: Cook 5 tablespoons flour and milk over low heat till thick, stirring constantly. Let cool completely! While mixture is cooling, beat 1 cup sugar, butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until light and fluffy. Add cooled flour mixture and beat until frosting is a good spreading consistency. 
  6. Frost cake layers when completely cool.

HOW TO MAKE CHANTAL'S NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE

ingredients:

  • 15 graham crakers , crushed.
  • 2 tablespoon butter,melted
  • 4 (8ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar 
  • 3/4 cups milk 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
